James Edward Anderson

James Edward Anderson, 85, died Monday, June 27, 2011 at Nash Grove Manor of Nashville. He was employed with Brewer paint Company.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Levi John Anderson and Rosa Bell Taylor Anderson; a daughter, Marie May; brothers, William L. and Arthur Anderson; sisters Mary Benton, Ruth Jackson, Mildred Batchelor, Odell Wood, and Betty Gray Everette, all of Rocky Mount.

Left to cherish his memory, a son, Jamie Anderson and wife Cathy; a daughter, Nessie Wolfe and husband Richard; step-daughters, Betty Casper and husband Red and Sheila Wall all of Rocky Mount; 11 grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Eula Mears of Rocky Mount.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 10:00AM at Pineview Cemetery. Family and friends can visit at the home of Joyce Williams and Eula Mears, Tuesday, June 28, 2011 from 6:00-8:00PM.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Nash County Aging Center, Home Delivered Meals at 103 N. Alston Street, Nashville NC 27856.

I know that I am not part of the family anymore but on behalf of myself and little james I would like to tell yall how sorry I am for your loss and yall are in mine and my familys thoughts and prayers.
