Randy...what a wonderful friend you were to our family.  We will miss all the "race car" talk; the UNC-NC STATE rivalry; your love of cold weather, snow, and Christmas trees...We will miss you but today we know you are healed and whole again, in the presence of your Creator.
Mrs. Mooneyhan, Spencer, and Conner...  we are praying for you continually during this difficult period and in the days to come.
May G-d give you His shalom v'chessed (peace and lovingkindness) and keep you safe in His love.

Regina, Spencer, and Connor, words can't express the heartache that I felt when I received the phone call. Randy was the most caring person I have ever met, he had a huge heart for everyone he knew. Spencer is like another child to me.  My son "Tyler" had the upmost respect for Mr Randy. I pray you find peace in your heart with the coming days, weeks, and months.  He will truly be missed be anyone that knew him. If you need anything please know I will always be there.
Rest in Peace Randy
