    Earl Wilson Hill, 76, passed away, Tuesday August 23, 2011. He was born August 29, 1934 in Greene County, NC. He was the son of the late William and Myrtle Suggs Hill. Earl enjoyed watching Nascar and Wrestling. He loved to work and stay busy. One of his greatest joys was his dog Buffy that cherished him and knew him as “Papa”. He was preceded in death by a brother.

    He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 20 years, Janice Sullivan Hill, five sons, Earl Jr. and wife Donna, Wesley and wife Jessica, Curtis and wife Sylvia, Chris and wife Blaney, Anthony and wife; two daughters, Teresa Moody, Jennifer Price and husband Justin, one brother, James “Bud” Hilland wife Helen, two sisters, Betty Lee Bynum and husband Ashby, Selma “Pig” Grant and husband Jimmy, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

      Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 6:00PM in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Moss officiating. Visitation will follow. Committal Service will be Friday, August 26, 2011 at 3:00PM at Rainbow Cemetery in Snow Hill, NC
