Reba Bolinger Coggin

Reba Bolinger Coggin, 87, died Monday, March 14, 2011.  She was born June 9, 1923 in, Shellenberg, Indiana, daughter of the late Ray G. and Maggie Swafford Bollinger. She was the widow of the late Wilber J. Coggin and also preceded in death by a brother, Rex Bolinger. Reba enjoyed crafts and gardening, working in the garden with her plants.  She was a former member of the Nashville Garden Club and Nash County Home Extension.

She is survived by a nephew Gerald Coggin and wife Jackie of Nashville; brother Kenneth Bolinger of Farmersburg, IN; sister in law Louise Hux of Yorktown VA; special friend Rebecca Early of Nashville; several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, March 17, 2011, at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne House officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Nashville.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM prior to the service on Thursday.
