David Scott Smith- Send Condolences

David Scott Smith

      David Scott Smith, 40, passed away, Wednesday October 26, 2011. He was born March 30, 1971 in Wilson County. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Smith.      He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Alice Jenkins and husband John W. Jenkins of Wilson, one brother, Lynn Smith and wife April of Rocky Mount, one sister, Wendy Hopkins and husband Stuart of Wilson.

                                                                                         Funeral Service will be Saturday October 29, 2011 at 3:00PM at Thompson Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church of Wilson with the Rev. Daniel Parker and Rev. Dan Jarrard officiating. Burial will follow in Snow Hill , NC.

I am so sorry to hear about David.  I haven't seen him in a while but we did have some good times in our younger days at Thompsons Chapel Church.  I will be praying for you, Ms. Alice and Lynn and Wendy.  God bless you all.

David,you left us way too soon buddy.
  I had'nt seen you in a while and was shocked to hear you were gone.
  I've thought about the good ole days when we first met and how things used to be and the true good times we had.I was hoping that would be continued again..,and I know it will.

Rest In Peace Brother and play that guitar in the sky,as I know you can.
Until we meet again,I won't forget you.

We are so very sorry to hear of David's passing.  It has been so long since we all were together.  Life has taken us all in different directions but please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
