Thelma "Wendy" Ruth Allen

Thelma "Wendy" Ruth Allen, 81, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born February 15, 1940 in Buncombe County, NC to the late Norman and Ruth Ida Pressley Suttles. In addition to her parents she was preceded by two sister Frances and Jean. Wendy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and loved by all that knew her. She will be missed by everyone and remembered for the laughter, joy and happiness that she showed all of her family and friends. She is survived by four sons, Larry, Billy, Curtis and Chris; one daughter Chrystal and husband Eric; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers Larry and Terry ; one sister Betty . A service will be held in the mountains where she was born, at a later date. Mama we love you and look forward to seeing you again one day.... Love Always and Forever.......
