Travis Justin Langdon

Rocky Mount- Travis Justin Langdon (44), loving husband, father, son, and brother passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Born on December 6th, 1980 in Raleigh, North Carolina, he is the son of Phil L. Langdon and Cathy C. Langdon. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. During his time at NC State, Travis traveled to Greenville and met his wife Carroll (Beecham) Langdon, the love of his life, who he married in 2009. Together they settled in Rocky Mount, North Carolina where they raised their two daughters, Isabelle and Caroline Langdon. Beyond his professional career and accomplishments, Travis was an avid sports enthusiast playing sports, such as soccer and baseball, throughout most of his life. In addition, he was an excellent cook who loved to prepare meals for his family and loved to grill Carolina Packers hot dogs. When he was not playing sports or cooking out on the grill, he spent time watching football and cheering on his beloved North Carolina State Wolf Pack. He had immense passion for NC State, but his biggest passion was watching his eldest daughter, Isabelle, compete in soccer, and his youngest daughter, Caroline, in gymnastics. Travis was a man full of life and passion for his family, which was his greatest joy. He had a heart of gold and was always happy to help others. No matter what, he was always just a phone call away. Travis will be thoroughly missed by his wife Carroll B. Langdon of Rocky Mount, NC; his daughters Isabelle G. Langdon and Caroline E. Langdon of Rocky Mount, NC; his parents Phil and Cathy Langdon of Benson, NC; his brother Scott Langdon (Amber) of Benson, NC; and numerous aunt, uncles, cousins, friends and loved ones. He is also survived by father and mother in law, Tim and Jamie Beecham of Nashville; brother in law, Jonathan Beecham ( Donna) of Nashville; sister in law, Kimberly Beecham Carson (Jared) of Greenville and special niece, Reagan Carson of Greenville. A visitation will be held at 6:00pm-8:00pm on Monday, May 12, 2025 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the funeral home with Rev. David Butts of Greenville, NC
